My name is Seth, and I started this business as a way and safe space for people to unwind, manage their body pains, and find more movement in their day to day life. I offer bodywork, like massage therapy, and yoga classes both private and group. I incorporate mindfulness based practices and just a touch of herbalism to help you reconnect with yourself and feel "at home" in your body. BODYWORK
Bodywork is an umbrella term including any hands-on working of muscles and soft tissues of the body for therapeutic purposes. All that to say: massage therapy, stretching, and even gentle practices like Reiki. I have been working as a massage therapist since 2019, and I have had continuing education in various different modalities. I use my own creative blend of classic techniques (effleurage, petrissage, etc.) to create a massage tailored to your body!

YOGA
Yoga can be such a versatile way to help oneself stay healthy. I have been practicing yoga for my own wellbeing since around 2013, which was when I graduated high school! The poses can be great for stretching, strengthening, and generally bringing more awareness to the body and mind. My personal experience with yoga has been to stay strong and mobile in general, ward off hypermobility in the knees which cause occasional dislocation, and to help with rather incessant mental chatter. Seeing how impactful it can be for people, I became an instructor so that I could help others reap the benefits of this mind-body practice.
Full Moons
We've all heard about it, right? Full moons can make people a bit crazy? I'm one of those that believe it. I'm also someone that likes to make bodywork as accessible as I can. Every week of the full moon I offer 25% off all bodywork services. Since there is about a full moon every month, you have 12 chances to take advantage of it!
