I've been practicing yoga since I was in high school. It started as just a way to manage stress. It turned into a way to help me stay active. Over the years I've incorporated the breathwork and meditation aspects as well, making my own blend of yoga sequences. Some are much more active, and others more meditative and relaxing. At it's core, yoga is about providing a time and space to feel at home in your own body and mind.
I am currently offering classes at The Flow Space Movement Center in Avon and Inner Balance Yoga and Pilates in Brownsburg. You can use the buttons below to check the schedules for each location. Options are available for those with yoga experience, as well as those with no idea where to start. I look forward to seeing you in class!
